I beg to differ. Standards reached an all time high in the following month, before receding back to the mediocre once again. And descending to downright poor after august the following year.

2016 for me. Definitely a JCL on here but I was born a City fan long before then. My first real memories of City was watching the FAC Semi final in 81, and the disappointment of the final. I'm not quite an FOC, but not too far off.

I first came on the night of the takeover, was watching sky sports news and they mentioned big news did a Google and came across the takeover thread - was amazed that despite trawling mcivta for a couple of years it seemed there were people ITK willing to share. Went through the Kaka thread (every post). Didn’t sign up till the following June when @samharris posted “why don’t you lurkers sign up?” So I did - looked back many times since!
