Top tip for sore muscles, try and get hold of some pure oil of black pepper, add a few drops to your bath water (not to much as it can act as an hallucinogenic) it really does work

Enjoyed today, after not playing 11 v 11 since school (and shown) it took its toll legs have gone tonight but well worth it though.
