I got £90 back.

Not a great deal out of pocket, but people need to realise that bookings are based on numbers gathered when I raise the idea. For them to say yes, then not turn up, means ive accounted for them in the finance of it and had to pay for them because they couldnt be arsed.

No, I fully understand. Next time, I think it'd only be fair, though, if the rest of us chip in to the difference. It's not fair that you pay over just because you booked it, then others can't be bothered to turn up.

Or perhaps we can get money in advance by Paypal or something? Then if they've already paid, they're not going to be a no show.

Why did you only get 18 £5s there were more than 18 playing, any idea who the free loaders were?
You shouldnt end up out of pocket after sorting the whole thing out, am pretty sure we could of split the short fall out between us.
