Bluemoon's Official Top 100 Films

So someday I'll finish and publish my many-pages-long screed about how 24-Hour Party People saved my life after 9/11, turned me into a father and sparked what is now my near 20-year obsessive love affair with Manchester City Football Club. It wasn't my number 1 pick but it's the movie that means more to me than any other (it was very very near the top). I'm glad someone else liked it enough that it made the list.

I had Rambo First Blood. Love that film.
I was the other!

[Pedantic mode]It would be nice if its title was correct in the table. The film is called "First Blood" - Rambo doesn't appear in the title - I guess that is some box set marketing mumbo jumbo.[/Pedantic mode]

Fantastic film - good length at about 90 mins or so, decent story, great use of the Canadian scenery.

Author of the book that the film is based on, David Morrell, is well worth a read. Read many of his books over the years and pretty much everything he did in 70s-90s is gold.

Edit: Its on prime video, i'l add it to my watchlist.

Just the 2 of us voted for The Fog!
I first watched it on christmas eve 1985 and enjoyed it thoroughly too, part of a very memorable evening. It wasnt in my twenty though, even so I have seen it a couple of times since and still enjoyed it.
