Bluemoon's Official Top 100 TV Shows

Haha. Those 3 are still my favourite shows watched. I'd imagine Gomorrah will be very highly placed, I don't know how many there are but there's a select group of bluemooners who seriously LOVE the show (I'd count myself as one of them).
I'd probably still have BB (not Big Brother) as my absolute favourite, never had so many edge of my seat, hairs standing up on the back of my neck moments. Only the GOT books have come close.

Will definitely be checking out Spiral though from what I've read on here.
Now you’ve mentioned GOT, maybe not such a dark horse after all for number 3.

The City-heavy cult series Burn It hasn’t appeared yet....

I didn't submit a list as I missed the deadline, but when I started compiling the list, "Burn It" was the first show I wrote down, my favourite show ever.

As you said, it is laden with City, has fantastic tunes, great characters, a great storyline(s).......for people of a certain generation it has everything.

I know there are a few episodes on Youtube, but I'd give anything to own it on DVD - someone on here did a copy for me, but I lost it in a house move and I'm still gutted!!

I read that it would never officially be released on DVD as the royalties would be a tidy sum for Red Productions to pay.

It's just a fantastic series which is unknown of by many.........but so many would enjoy it if they could watch it

I had always heard there problems with music licensing which prevented it being repeated or released on DVD/streaming.
Think it’s still up unofficially on YouTube

8. Blackadder 24/233

Blackadder is a series of four BBC One pseudohistorical British sitcoms, plus several one-off instalments, which originally aired from 1983 to 1989. All television episodes starred Rowan Atkinson as the antihero Edmund Blackadder and Tony Robinson as Blackadder's dogsbody, Baldrick. Each series was set in a different historical period, with the two protagonists accompanied by different characters, though several reappear in one series or another, e.g., Melchett (Stephen Fry) and Lord Flashheart (Rik Mayall).

The first series, The Black Adder, was written by Richard Curtis and Rowan Atkinson, while subsequent episodes were written by Curtis and Ben Elton. The shows were produced by John Lloyd. In 2000, the fourth series, Blackadder Goes Forth, ranked at 16 in the 100 Greatest British Television Programmes, a list created by the British Film Institute. In a 2001 poll by Channel 4, Edmund Blackadder was ranked third on their list of the 100 Greatest TV Characters. In the 2004 TV poll to find Britain's Best Sitcom, Blackadder was voted the second-best British sitcom of all time, topped by Only Fools and Horses. It was also ranked as the 9th-best TV show of all time by Empire magazine.

Brilliant. Series one is a bit meh but two three and four are absolute genius.

My favourite episode is Money
