Blues at the World Cup

not looking great for Vinny at the WC now.
Sterling looked a little wasteful at Wembley.
Anyone know how Sane and Gundogan performed against Austria?
 
Vincent named in the final 23 for Belgium so possibly not too serious. Fingers crossed for the big lad.
 
Negativity in all media about Raheem and John is beyond belief, it puts me off following the build up to the WC. Even if they were not City players, it would be sickening.

Löw always had his favorites and players he could not make use of. The last time around he for some reason insisted on playing Mustafi in the defence, and Germany was only "saved" by the guy getting injured. It didn't work well, but Löw refused to change it. I don't think he likes Leroy, or he is just unable to put him to proper use in that team. It has never worked too well for Leroy in the national team.

From our point of view he'll be good to start the season but may need Peps arm round him as he always seems a confidence player.
