Blues Away Fans - here's to you

Good trip down, 15-20 minute walk to the ground, shite view from upper section - fortunately I'm long-sighted. Walk back afterwards to 35 minutes then tube to Epping and home (via Ashton) at ten to four.
Stadium looks great from the outside, but it is not a football ground. The nonsense with the retractable seats for athletics meetings is just a farce, as is the walking route back to the station afterwards. It would have been much worse had the Wham fans stayed for 90 minutes. I guess I'll find out in about three weeks time. Unless we stuff them again.
This is what happens when you allow car-hating morons to make high level decisions. Either allow car parks or build it next to the bloody station.
And that silly woman Brady says it's the best place to watch football in the country. I still would though .

And I'd only shag Brady if it meant she'd bin this stupid idea she has of taking Premier League fixtures to America like the NFL do at Wembley

Took my 9 year old lad and he said it was the best atmosphere he's seen at an away game and he's been to about 20 now. Stayed at the travelodge in Stratford and the bar in there was still rocking at 1am with blues and hammers. Top support all night and like others have said if we could replicate half the atmosphere at home we'd be laughing.

We drove down and parked at Westfield C car park. By the time we got back to the car we drove straight out and didn't hit any traffic at all. As many have said it's a great stadium to look at but the seating configuration is shit and makes you appreciate what forward planning did for the etihad. Feel sorry for the hammers fans I couldn't stomach that atmosphere ever week. Credit to the small group of them having a party near is in the second half. All in all it was a good trip, great to see and do the poznan again. 5 goals and a clean sheet was a bonus!

What a joke getting out of that ground though! Would hate to do that every home game

According to Neil Ashton in the SCUM------------5000.

We definitely didn't get 9000 tickets

Was either 4,900 or 5,900 (can't remember)... but the away end was practically full whichever it was

the away support will be very stretched in april;
arsenal away
chelsea away
southampton away
boro away
and hopefully
champs league quarters and fa cup semi at wemberlee!
