Pretty much this...
It's the illegals, none working benefit claiming immigrants that are a unnecessary drain.
I may have misunderstood you, but how is it possible for an illegal claim benefits?
Unless of course you meant illegals and "non working benefit claimants" as distinct.
However, even if you did, id challenge that assumption. I've read visa letters and the ones I've read do not not allow the applicant to claim any type of welfare for a certain number of years.
yes I meant the none working benefit claimers. Maybe they can't claim welfare for a number of years but after those years are up they can, I understand British citizens also scrounge off welfare and I'd be happy to see them deported as well but I can imagine it's harder to deport those of British cizitzenship then those that have been in the country for 5-10 years having only worked less then half of the time they've been here?? If not then ship the British welfare scrounging ***** as well!!
I mentioned the Romanians that will be arriving next year and a Polish lad that lives and works with a good friend of mine mentioned that they had the same problem with the Romanians in Poland and that they use to just beg outside village shops and peoples houses and if refused they would turn nasty obviously the element of truth in that I don't know but it's a scary prospect, not to say the thousands that will migrate over here will all be beggers.
If we adopted a policy like the Australians regarding some sort of working background and maybe the American policy where you can only enter if you have enough money to support yourself (I think in America it's something like $20,000) and a government issued contract only obtainable if you have a family member or friend already living in the country stating that in the likely event of not being able to support yourself you won't be allowed to claim benefits and your family member or friend will support you financially.
