Boca Juniors - 10 sent off in Cup Final (P9)

the fans in argentina are by far the best in the world, many of the "ultra" songs are being copied from argentina's football culture

dortumund fans have nothing on the "barra bravas", im 100% sure about it

I went to a river plate - quilmes game some years ago at the estadio monumental, stood under the scoreboard with their nutters, just an amazing experience!!!
some nice fanny there too.

How much are the tickets??

I heard River Plate fans are more upper class than Boca fans, is that true?

Greetings from buenos aires! A good tip would be to avoid being dressed like a turist, take a cap, the colours of the club (blue and gold boca juniors) and ALWAYS sing. You dont know the song? move your lips and pretend it. (as you could have seen, not singing in our culture is disrepectfull, i know it sounds crazy but look and watch our audience, its just like that, as long as i have memory)

Maybe you will arrive near the Superclasico "boca-river"

Hi Manuel,

I am looking to go to the superclasico, but next season will be my best bet due to other commitments etc..

Are the tickets cheap and what is Buenos Aires like for a night out?

Also, how is Tevez viewed by Boca fans and other Argentinians in general?

Thanks mate!

cheap not at all. at least not for my current money :P
but yeah 500$ pesos or 200$ us
i ll recomend you to buy tickets in internet, its a bit more expensive but more confortable (avoiding row lines, police and hoolingans, also the heat)

about the night in buenos aires. well, you will feel chaos with armony mixed with passion at all nights. get used to have dinner at 10, go to dance at 2, went to bed at 6 or 7.
coffes and bar 24 hs (thats unique)

about tevez jersey its k, hes one of the biggest fan a long with juan roman riquelme (nearly retired) and represents the playstile of boca, humble but passionate

enjoy our meats and wines!

Go to the "Clasico de Avellaneda". Independiente-Racing.
If you go to the Independiente side. Agüero city's shirt is allowed.

Hi Manuel. Without wanting to hijack the thread, what's going on with Riquelme right now? Is he retired or not?

-- Mon Oct 08, 2012 5:35 pm --
