Bojinov - I want to stay, but i need to play

No way will he get many games if he stays - there is no doubt we will buy better quality forwards than him.

Seeya Boj. Good luck for the future.

Bojinov might be potentially a very good player though. He was like 20 before he got injured and lost some good time and hasn't played regularly. Before he came to England he was a great prospect and still might be, potentially as good as Rooney. In that light your comment is a bit naive.

There's no naivety about it, mate. I've seen him play pretty much every game he's played for us. He's better than Caceido but is short of pace. He seems a decent striker of the ball and a good finisher, but he doesn't really get stuck in. He holds the ball up reasonably well but is nowhere near the best. He's OK in the air but again, not commanding. I'd probably say he's the second best centre forward we have now, after Bellamy. but we are bound to buy in that area because it's the weakest area of the team.

Rooney? Come on mate, don't be silly. He's not fit to lace Rooney's boots. Rooney has it all and it was obvious when he was about 18. Strength, agression, intelligence, goals.

Would be sad to see him go, he clearly has the heart to play for the club - something a lot of players don't have!

Seems a good forward but needs time to mould to the league, looks like a good finisher!

But, he clearly wants to play more football, if he goes, see ya Boj, good luck wherever you go mate! Thanks for the finish against Milan ;-)

The naivevity surely comes from you judging the handful of perfomaces from a 23 year old coming back from two season long injuries.

i love boj, and you can tell he loves city. be a shame if he does leave but can understand if he does. and if he does go, and ever plays agaist us, i for one will give him a cheer.

good luck to him what ever he decides to do.

So I'm naive for saying he's not good enough for next season because he's not played that much, whereas you're not naive for saying he is good enough based on the same?

Nope, your logic is deeply flawed mate.

My opinion is we do not need him. Our squad needs to be reduced in numbers and he's surplus to requirements. We don't need injury-prone players who may or may not make it clogging up the squad. The right backup strikers for the culture of the club (after the 3-4 top liners) are the kids coming through.

Obviously this is making the assumption that we will sign a couple of strikers. I believe we will. If we don't then he's worth keeping.

Your opinion is different.

But don't call me naive because I'm not.

It is world cup year this is why all players need to be playing
If Joe Hart is going to the world cup he needs to go on loan or move it is the same for Bojinov
