I ordered mine a while back but haven't received it yet. I've not rung City about it, nor have I written, emailed or sent a carrier pigeon.
I'm expecting it by Saturday at the latest. If it doesn't arrive I'll print off my email receipt, make sure I take some identification and go to the Bolton ticket office for a replacement.

I ordered Bolton and spuds tickets on 8th august. Still not arrived!!!!
I went to the ticket office on Sunday and asked if I can collect in person and I was told they should be posted out by the beginning of the week! Lies!!!!!!
