It has got fucking ridiculous in hereI think most reasoned fans would accept that Bony is a decent player who simply hasn't fitted in with our style of play and will, no doubt be leaving for pastures new in due course. I also think we owe the guy some credit as if the league is as tight as it might be come May, then goal difference may be the difference, and Wilf has contributed to that.

This. It's one thing if you want Kelechi to be #2, but to hope that Bony moves on without bringing in another striker would be madness at this point. And don't tell me Sterling can play striker! Lescott could also play left back.....
