Was it not about 6 games with Milner up topWe can absolutely cope though without Bony. We coped without a receognised striker for a good period last season and done fine. It's hardly likely Bony is going to be the key difference in the League or in Europe.

It's an educated guess because Bony has hardly looked like the difference maker over the past year. And I have no idea where you would get such an assumption. We may disagree on opinions about certain players but we're all Blues here and we all want City to win everything possible.
We can absolutely cope though without Bony. We coped without a receognised striker for a good period last season and done fine. It's hardly likely Bony is going to be the key difference in the League or in Europe.
But is offloading him without a replacement a better idea than just promoting Kelechi to #2?

Well I think Kelechi is more effective and his promotion to #2 will help us more than Bony in that position. Losing a player that isn't suited to our system and that has only had a minimal contribution to this club over the last year isn't going to be a big miss.
We're not going to sell him midway through the season.
We will keep him until summer and then probably sell cheap/ loan out to a team and he'll probably do ok.
He is not a poor player just not the best for the way we play. Could well still score some important goals so let's all show him respect.

Granted not that many, I am not saying he has been a success at all. I was unsure when we signed him and far less sure now. I fully support nacho moving up one in the pecking order, see how that works.
Just the common theme is get rid of him but that's not easy in Jan and the type of replacement we need is going to be very hard to get in Jan.
There is a title to be won and it is clear to most this is our squad, so let's get behind it!
