All's not lost on Bony.
There's a few rolls of the dice still to go in this transfer window. Some team or other could well be firing blanks up front and with the TV money and transfer incomings burning a hole in their pocket, they'll be told by fans and media to "get it spent ".
If that doesn't happen then we could loan him out then in a different system he may well regain his scoring touch and value goes up again.
The final scenario has him getting a chance for us and taking it (think Kolarov). We may be reminded why we paid the fee in the first place.

He is just too disconnected with way City plays the football. Even with Pellegrini's City, yet alone with Pep's. There's no ounce of hope he'd do it here.

Yeah, i haven't rated him at city but given the job he did at swansea, i'd imagine he'd fill a void for us up front...our movement is not really based too much around our strikers, so he'd probably do a decent job here. A strong decent finisher is what we have been missing for a while now.
