Smacks of sitting tight to run down his contract, club getting nothing when he leaves and he gets a better contract elsewhere.

Fact is he half arsed it from the moment he got here. We need a striker that works hard from the front, Bony never did that.
 
I guess that is the standard line when no clubs come in for him and there are few options.

He won't get on our 17 foreign player list next year, that is a given! Who knows where he will end up? Back at Swansea would make sense as he has been gash everywhere else.

In all seriousness though, I've always felt a bid sorry for Bony, it wasn't his fault he was bought into a team that doesn't really suit his playing style. But if he is willing to change, to put a shift in and contribute nothing but 100% effort, then I'm happy for him to stay, he can be a bit more of a battering ram that our other strikers
