Agree with this , in private and away from the club players need time to themeselves and I cant blame them if they get a bit grumpy at times.Anywhere around the club the players are to be as approachable as possible!! They are role models and heroes and are instructed to be as such and as far as I can tell and have heard they are extremely accommodating to the fans. The supporters that are by the changing facilities that lead to the pitch are invited there for a reason and the players will know this and will be told to smile, have a photo and make the kids happy. THAT is the image of a family club and one that I think city portrays very well to be fair and the proof is the amount of awards CITC collects on a yearly basis.
Around the club,when the public is present they should present a good image which isn't to say that occasionally folks wont have a bad day and I would not base my opinions on anyone on a single meeting either of them or captured briefly on camera.
