What a lot of posters on this forum refuse to admit is that like it or not Boris is box office! During his term in office he dealt with Brexit, Covid, the Ukraine war and was days away from the death of the queen. Love him or hate him, Boris has a hell of a story to tell and people are interested in hearing it. This is why all of the media channels are clamouring to get him. I think everyone gets that he's "box office". Drawing attention to himself has driven his entire, narcissistic existence.
His detractors, however, are by no means all left leaning. Famous Marxists like Dominic Grieve and Max Hastings spring immediately to mind.
And obviously, he was far worse than Blair, or any other prime minister in the last 200 years.
