Boro Ultras

Don't think its quite on the same level as these guys though :P

Call me a fool, but i've always thought flares should be legalised over here. Never happen though, as too many dicks would ruin it by injuring people.

I've never really classed them as being "Ultras" or atleast my definition of an Ultra.
Just a group of young white collar types enjoying away trips

More empty seats than ultra's lol.

Shit, team, shit ground, fucking freezing 365 days of the year and one of the twattiest police forces you could ever have the displeasure to meet.

Didn't know where to put this as it's not exactly about the football, but the support side of things. Just found out Middlesbrough have an "Ultras" group called Red Faction '08. They seem to be quite entertaining from their videos, just not sure what to make of their whole "casuals" thing.

The Blue Alliance is a Manchester City supporters club which is not defined by location but by the mentality of the supporters within it.

Our overall aim is to help develop the support, (and experience of supporting) of the club in line with the massive changes the club is currently undergoing.

The high aspirations our owners and management have for the team and the club is something we want to see reflected in the supporters behaviour.

Our key aims are to;

• Enhance the match day experience by getting the crowd “visible and vocal” behind the team. An example of how this has been successful would be the Hamburg game in the UEFA Cup quarter final. We believe that the atmosphere and experience of that night is something we want to build upon.

• Enhance and develop the reputation of Manchester City fans as passionate, loyal and committed.

Throughout football supporting City should be seen as a positive experience and one future fans can identify with and aspire to.

At the outset we want to make it clear that our aims and objectives are to be inclusive to all sectors of the Mancunian community and the Manchester City family.

In particular we want to disassociate ourselves from the tendency of other organised supporters groups to be politically swayed and violent ( e.g. ultras, riot squads etc.)
