I get the whole "pre-season games are for fitness" mantra and I'm nowehere near full-on panic stations, BUT it would be nice to go into the Spurs game on the back of two good wins. No matter what anyone says, going into the season on the back of a string of defeats isn't going to do the lads' confidence any good at all. You don't want doubts creeping in at this stage of pre-season.
