Borussia Mönchengladbach travel thread

Yea we're also going via amsterdam but we're going on the tuesday. Think the train to dusseldorf is about 10 am wednesday morning, arriving at quarter to 1. 2 nights in dusseldorf then fly back to manchester

Change of plan now, flying out of Birmingham with Germanwings to Dusseldorf, returning Flybe - £173.00

Sacked off the Amsterdam jolly and decided to make a longer trip to Sevilla, a few days on the Costa del Sol and all that..

Booked to fly in from Cologne early on match day and leave late the following day.

Is there many staying in Cologne ? Or mostly Dusseldorf bound ? Havent booked a hotel yet so wandering where to stay??

Love German football grounds for atmosphere.

flying to Cologne on 29th and 30min train to Dusseldorf which is only 30 euro return. we fly out of cologne on the thursday afternoon

Sorry if this has already been asked and answered but do we know how many tickets we will get given?

4 flying from Stansted to Weeze £70 each then on to Dusseldorf. Hotel £69 for 4 of us! happy days.

Ah Dusseldorf Weeze, closer to the Dutch border than Dusseldorf! Flew there for Dortmund away. If there are 4 of you, make sure to get a group ticket for the train journey to Dusseldorf, will save you a few quid (assuming this is still in place).

The train Tickets, is it best to buy them in advance online or just by when we arrive.. Fly from Edinburgh and Arriving into Weeze on Tuesday afternoon and staying in Dusseldorf 2 Nights and home on Thursday.. Wonder how much a taxi would also be (Save all the fcuking around )
