Bouncers are thugs, im a doorman and am insulted if called a bouncer, too many kids getting badges and worried about fighting and getting end away ,rather work with someone who has my back.

Similar thing happened a few years ago to a mate who they took outside on his own. When we found out about it, they weren't so brave. Hope they get done.
