Bournemouth (A) | Post Match Thread

I don't expect us to have the same opinions but FFS how many people on here are never happy?

A comfortable victory against a team which never stopped trying and deserved their goal.
Some people will never be satisfied, no matter what the team do, finding fault at the slightest opportunity.
4-0, 4-1, should have been 6 or 7 etc. Phillips (rusty through lack of game time) "Oh he's nobbut a squad player, should sell him and get the money back we paid for him".
I despair, I really do.

I'm at a loss as to how Hinchcliffe got a job as a TV pundit in the first place, & even more so how he's kept it so long, what does he bring apart from negativity? He wasn't even a top player.
I see your Hinchcliffe card; I'll raise you Danny Gabidon.

Followed by Gabby Agbonlahor and Jamie bloody O'Hara, FFS! Where DO they get them from?

He is just like 90% of the football media, they suck the life out of everything positive we do. “City were very poor and Pep is devastated because Bournemouth got a late consolation goal” It’s a trolling freak show
I couldn't believe them saying the bus back for city will be a disappointed one or something to that effect because we let one in after the game being well and truly over. Many players got a run who needed minutes, 5 subs and Foden looking like himself again. It was very positive from our point of view.

Some really good stuff today - went a little unbalanced with all the subs but I thought we looked far more potent with a youthful front line that helped Erling be in the game more. He seems to have a great relationship with Jack and Phil plus Julian made some runs that gave him space to work in, their link play could be crucial if they play more together. Hope that Pep sticks with this plan more. All we need is a fit Kev to return as he still is the one player that can regularly split defences - no slight on Gundo who was great today a 9/10 but 2 or 3 times his final pass was just inches from being perfect.

Only downer was the performances of Kyle and Phillips who both seemed not arsed for some strange reason - overall a really good away win, I'll take that all day long. Happy days.
