Maybe he's wanting to ease him back as he's spent three seasons injured?

Thats what I thought in previous few games. But he played against palace and has been back a while now. Surely he just needs game time now?

I think it could be as simple as Pep having had enough of Clichy. He prefers Kolorav as his LCB, and Dihno at RB, so Sagna is the new LB. I actually think this might be the fix the defense has needed.

We all thought it was going to be 3 at the back against Swansea too.

As for your bet, would depend on our number 9's performance surely.

Sané's strongest position is arguably on the right though so you could bring Aguero in for Sterling.

Seeing as Jesus played on the left for Palmeiras and Brazil, not constantly, that would be his second position. And given a choice of Sane or Sterling to potentially drop I'd plump for Sterling. Also seeing they have both swapped wings constantly pre and during matches I see no problem at all suggesting it.

Wouldnt surprise me if Dinho is at centre half and Sagna right back , Dinho has played there before (when we had a player sent off not sure who it was against now but it was earlier in the season) , if Dinho is centre back its a very strange decision with our two best centre backs on the bench . One thing is for sure Pep likes keeping everyone guessing including the opposition manager , but i can see Bournemouth scoring tonight with our defensive line-up , hopefully it will be a consolation goal

Depending on how his form in training is he could be in the second string at the moment and may well play Saturday. The FA cup should be our third priority now.
