Cant fault the efforts today just 2 points imo the shit fireworks at the start as if it wasn't hot enough & there was at least 3 times when Haaland should have been used, Phil passes that 1st one in the 2st 10 mins we walk it 6-7-0 with Haaland happy, he wanted to score so much today but nevermind still worked hard

City made it look like a sushine stroll but plenty of hard work was on display, which gave City almost complete control of the game. Excellent work in those conditions.

I actually thought the fireworks looked quality. Possibly a bit warm for those nearer to them.

I'm not sure what this was initially in response to but I was going to ask, will Pep use Haaland to create chances for others? You can see how this would improve our chances if he does. But then how would an out n out striker feel if he's not banging them away every game in order to benefit he team?

I thought Foden had the right to take the shot from there, even though the square pass was the better option in hindsight. I was more bothered by Haaland’s reaction - not great for team harmony.

It was a certain goal had he passed. That can make the difference in a result.

Did anybody think that Gundo's goal was very reminiscent of Sergio's. Gundos' through ball to Erland, a flicked return and finished without hesitation. I think it was the return pass when falling that triggered my memory.
