Maybe us old bastards aren’t the market but it was really stupid, couldnt see fuck all and my eyes and throat was stinging. It also killed the reception for the ladies.
Yes it did. The whole ground were on their feet applauding when they were announced but by the time they actually came out most people had stopped.

Don't worry dear citizens, if this Haaland experiment doesn't work you can always send him to us, we will take care of him alongside Bernie

Fuck off!

Go and enjoy your shitshow of a club.

You can't even take care of the players you currently have under contract, the way you've treated De Jong especially is a complete joke that no reputable club would do.

Haaland will be a legend for us and will win everything here and you can only dream of getting him, so again fuck off!

Great result. Kev's goal was something of wonder that we really shouldn't any more. Think Haaland got a taste of the premier league today too. handled it well though. Top of the league and rags bottom. Great time to be a blue.
I did like the way Haaland was one of the last players off the pitch and clapped all areas of the ground. Also thought Ake was good clapping both the City and Bournemouth fans.

Another good win, brilliant football in the first half and what a goal from Kev!
The second half was nothing more than a stroll in the sunshine.

.....and the blue go marching on, on on!

I thought Foden had the right to take the shot from there, even though the square pass was the better option in hindsight. I was more bothered by Haaland’s reaction - not great for team harmony.
If it was a better option phil should of took it, quite simple and if he doesn't take that option he needs to score, a big mistake that luckily didn't cost us

Great win, but awful day out in that heat. Was so glad to be out of that sunshine after the game! Well done to everyone in East Stand and North Stand Level 1 who stuck it out, loads didn’t make it back in the second half and a few fainted in the heat through the game.

I was pouring bottles of water over myself. Must have been 38°C easily down in the bottom of the bowl of the stadium.

Roll on the cooler weather… up the Blues!

It was Smith, he should have been booked for his completely need less foul on Grealish but wasn't so then carried on with impunity to assault cancelo.
I just cannot understand where refs are with yellow cards. I was somewhat amazed that Coote (No 'n' in his name apparently) booked that shitehawk for the trip on Mahrez about five minutes in, and then let that turd of a full back put an extra bit of nastiness on every tackle. He was never gonna get the ball so when the City player passed it on he made the tackle when the ball was halfway to the new player, and most of the tackles were either a push in the back or a kick in the leg. I did mention that had Ferny been doing that all match he wouldn't have made the final whistle.

Agree, the Coote one was bizarre, he held his hand up and both players trotted off seemingly unphased. Thought we were in for an afternoon of yellow cards being flashed everywhere but as you say Smith's antics were ignored. He was seemingly living in the wild west where anything was allowed to go.

And with that comment you’ve shown your football knowledge. There’s a reason Gundogan, KDB and Foden all scored and that’s due to the presence of an out and out frightening centre forward. Half the goals we score all season will be down to him just being around the area.
Don’t think it is fair to say they scored because of him.

Apologies if Ive missed something but I was under the impression you could substitute 5 players but only at 3 separate occasions , we did it in 4
Three times during play I think. Our first was at half time so didn’t count towards that

I'll take the 4:0 today but it's a shame Haaland didn't make the score sheet although an assist is pretty good too. I think once we are back to normal temperatures we'll start hitting our stride.

Yes. I teally don't want him to go, not just yet anyway, one more season Bernie please (at least), just think of that nice new kitchen with the marble surfaces.
It will all hinge on energy costs. That nice new Manchester kitchen may cost a small fortune to be fitted and an absolute fortune to run.
A similar kitchen in Barcelona will be provided by Barca and all the hot air needed for his air fryer will be free.
Only thing that will convince him to stay - A statue…
