City website report that "Jermain Defoe, Harry Arter, Joshua King, Charlie Daniels and Tyrone Mings are all out for Bournemouth".

Surely Kompany is fit, since he was very very close to being ready for Leicester? Surely???

Bernardo won't go back to the bench. We've been waiting for months for him to turn up, he did against Leicester, Pep will spot that this is the time to give him another game for him to continue that form and really settle into the team. Benching him for this would be counter-productive, especially when we play 4 times in 10 days and everyone will get good game time. Sterling on the bench for this with him coming in fresh against Newcastle.

King is a big out for them , anything can happen in a game but they are short on players who have the will and ability to run at the opposition.

Sad, but probably true. We've played 26 games this season and VK has missed 20 of them, and not played 90 minutes in some of the others. He's on about £750,000 a game these days
Which he's entitled too. I'm fairly sure he's not happy with how these injuries are keeping him sidelined.

Sterling has scored 6 in 4 for us against Bournemouth, I'd have him starting.
