Didn't think Fernandinho looked very comfortable when he was back in midfield against Southampton, but I suppose players need resting. The heart of that team lacks pace (Stones/Otamendi/Fernandinho/Gundogan).

I'd guess players under Pep have won more individual awards than any other manager, but it is frutstrating it's not happened here yet.

No issues with that side at all. Pep has rotated perfectly since the restart, Foden getting plenty of time, Garcia too and everyone else is being rotated pretty much equally mendy Fernandinho and Jesus all off after 60-70 minutes for zinchenko Rodri and Sterling, possibly david Silva and Foden switched for Kdb/Doyle and Mahrez for the last 10-15 minutes.
