Boyata gone on loan

To be fair he isnt good enough. Will be very suprised if we haven't got a new deender sorted.

Should have sold him, how long has he got left on his contract

I thought Boyate did really well when he played in the team but then he had a whole season with Bolton and didn't seem to impress at all. He will have a really good career but I cant see it being at the very highest level.

Not good enough for us so a good move for him.

Next up Savic and Kolo.....

Better not be loans otherwise we'll end up in the same mess next summer with a load of unwanted loanees we have to sell before we can buy. Plus everyone will know we don't want them so will be virtually given away

On nowhere near the wages that the likes of Adebayour, Bridge and Crocky so will not be the same problem at all. Also, when players are put up for sale it is self evident that we no longer want them.

He's next years rubber ball, will come bouncing straight back. Will someone please explain why he has not been sold ffs. He's been with us since 2007 and about 20 games. That's five years to work out he's not good enough, 5 years wages and now a loan again... This says to me that the team managing the departures are not doing enough. Weve had 2 years to get shot and guess what it's another f..ing loan.

If we have to rely on savic for any length of time this season we will be in trouble

kolo is good cover but i can understand why he may want to leave as he is probably good enough to start

savic on the other hand is not.....and in my opinion doesnt have the potential (an arguement used on here often)to progress to the level we need

Never recovered from that Arsenal game imo (when he chopped down Chamakh)

If he goes to Twente and has an amazing season, maybe it would be worth bringing him back, but can't see it happening.

Wish him all the best though etc etc

Perhaps nobody wants to buy him

He was a player coming through the academy who deserved a chance ffs. You don't just kick a lad like that out without even finding out if he can make the grade.

It's the end for Boyata.

It was mentioned on SSN that they will have the option to buy at the end of it and that just backs up that City have given up on Boyata ever making it. I don't think the Bolton loan and him being played out of position all season helped. Two of our talented young players whose progress Coyle has tampered with now.

What the fuck is the point? Mancini either rates him or he doesn't. Keep or sell. I hate having players out on loan.

He is off after this loan spell and I wish him good luck in his career.
