Bradford City Fire

Awful that was. Didn't a young lad die at the Birmingham v Leeds game the same day? A wall fell on him. R.I.P.
 
Remember this as if it were yesterday too. Watching that on the TV reminded me of the Kings Cross fire. It went up so quick.

I hate how it's barely ever mentioned as the years pass. It would be nice if Hilsborough wasn't the only disaster ever mentioned

Nice to hear. One of the other many English football tragedies that are ignored as opposed to Munich and Hillsborough.

Always good to see the flag in the corner at Bradford remembering the fans on that day.

Will be a nice touch on Sunday but one we wished was never needed RIP
 
Arent they all walking out in training tops with the number 56 on as well?

Remember a discussion on here about the fire and someone put a link on here to a video showing it start and how quickly it developed. Horrible.

Can remember it like yesterday, it will be a great day for Bradford on Sunday and would be a nice touch for the small club to win, nothing against Swansea and it makes a change to see a couple of different clubs so good luck to both.
