He's a different kettle of fish to Foden.

He's much more technically gifted. That's not a knock on Foden, but Diaz is possibly once in a generation kind of player and I never understood why he didn't get more hype than Sancho given he's a more talented player (well I do know if I choose to be cynical about it..).

Foden however is so much more incredibly clever for his age. Again, that's not a knock on Diaz. Foden is much more intelligent than most his age (like Jesus is); his movement off the ball and his eye for a pass is outstanding.

They're both such wonderful talents (I'd put them on a par overall) and maybe I'm burying my head in the sand with this a bit but after what happened with Sancho I think we'll see these two get plenty of games for us soon enough.

Looks a real talent.

Needs to be at least be on the bench for most games and be brought on for Sane/Sterling. Very direct and great dribbling.

Needed on the bench at home vs shit like West Ham sat in their box all game. Bring him on in final 15+ mins with the sole purpose of driving into the area. The amount of panic and chaos his incredible 2-footed dribbling will cause will basically guarantee, at worst, a good few penalties

tbf id say both foden and diaz could be once in a generation players. they are both so talented.

Missed the game. Just seen Foden's pass for Jesus though. That was right out of De Bruyne or Silva's locker.
