They must be a joke?

They couldn't really be much more different, and I say that as someone who really likes both players.
I never said navas and messi are similar. I said brahim has elements in his play that are similar to how messi plays and how navas plays.
Note - I've seen very little of him so my observation may not be too well informed.
Either way, it looks at this stage that he has enough about him to make it with us to some extent and possibly the best out of the academy since swp

If - and at his age, it's a big if - he continues to develop, he will be light years ahead of SWP when he reaches his best.

The scary thing is, Brahim was physically way underdeveloped than some of the other players on that pitch.

Wait until he reaches his full height and his muscles develop even further, he'll be frightening.

I think he'll be in the first team squad regularly once he's 18.

He's the type of player that Guardiola will love to work with. It wouldn't surprise me if he was picked next season in a Capital One game.

Agreed. He's 17 in August - most of the very, very top players over the years made their first team debut before they were 18. As an aside, a rag was installing broadband in my place this morning and he was raving about Brahim (saw the FA Youth Cup match on Sky).

Not being funny but he's the type of player any manager would love to work with... A kid with that much talent would benefit any team

Yes you're probably right but I think Guardiola is the ideal Manager to bring out the best from him.

Yeah I get what you mean, but I think the same can be said about most of the academy lads and vice versa in the sense that any player would benefit from Pep's tutoring.
