Ahh, fair do's then. Information on the Spanish U17's at the very least seems to be pretty much non existent.

There's no 'almost' to it, they just don't. Not sure how long that's been the case but quite a few years now I think.

You're probably right about the time, I think the CET, CEST, GMT and UTC bits confused me :(
