I'm fine with a loan move, but does anyone think that a half-season in the EDS followed by a loan in January might work better?

He's 18. If the club uses him in the aforementioned plan, he'll have loan experience at just 19. Loan him out for the full 2016-17 season and he comes back in 17-18 with a season and a half of first team experience, ready for the first team here at just 20.
