As much as I hate the rags I can't condone unnecessary violence, hope the rags alright.

Totally agree. Have to say I'm not surprised about this one bit. I did feel, however, that with there being so many Rags out there that the "safety in numbers" would come into play and the locals intent on causing trouble might in turn stay away, but it sounds like they're going for the oh-so-brave tactic of picking off stragglers. And with blades too of course - that's well hard.

Also being away with city and england iv seen at first hand the police making arrests for n apparant reason to cover up thier own. The "drunk and disorderly" mentioned, i wouldnt be suprsed if they hadnt done anything wrong!!!
