Breaking records/stats thread

Im putting my neck, what of it there is, on the line. I think we will do Newcastle and Palace but will finally get beat by Watford a couple of days later. All good things must and will come to an end and all those games in a short space of time, plus silly season, may see us done.

At home?

I can’t see it.

I think Newcastle can sometimes be a tricky game for the top sides and Palace away is a very tight-knit ground that is hard to play a possession game on.

I personally however would be disappointed if we lost against any of the next 3, even draw.

I think Liverpool will be the game it comes to an end. Not won there in 14/15 years and a hard ground to get a victory regardless of how good you are.

Do all these records count as ‘history’ when that last remaining rag argument, the ‘no history’ one, rears it’s silly little head?

We’re gonna to have every fucking bit of history in our back pockets by season’s end.

It’ll all be that type the rags don’t understand as well. That ‘modern day’ type.

Oops.
History? We created history.

Not a chance Watford beat us at home mate.
They have two games in a week before they play us a couple of days later and are on a awful run atm
You can get 22/1 though if you really fancy their chances :)

I think we will get maximum points before we go to Anfield. And any trip there usually fills me with dread, but I can see us getting some sort of result there, which is probably the most confident I've ever felt about City.

Liverpool might score but you’d fancy us to score at least a couple against them.

Win at Newcastle to equal record of most consecutive away wins (11)

Was also wondering about the record for most consecutive league games scored in, anyone know?
