Yeah it was a rollercoaster, the best part was staying up the season after though after the previous yo yo shit.

In the KK promotion season (2001/02), we won 12 games on the road, and in the 99/00 and 98/99 seasons we only won 9 away games in each season. We must be on course to set a new record for wins on the road, having won 10 so far. Matching Chelsea's overall record (15, is it?) will be a big ask though.

Pep broke the club record for top flight away wins last season - W12 D2 L5 - which was better than the 2012 and 2014 title wins where the away record in both seasons was W10 D4 L5.

So only 3 more away wins this season to beat that record.

Stayed up with ease as well with was a nice change back then.
Still remember Fowler scoring the winner against Birmingham to get us over the 40 point barrier by mid March.

Only once in top-flight history has a team won three consecutive games against an opponent by at least a five-goal margin. That was also Manchester City, against Derby, between February 1937 and January 1938.

We can match our own record either against Palace or against Watford on Tuesday night (0-5 and 0-6 in our last two trips to Watford.)
 
Tonight could be the first of many doubles over clubs this season with every club other than Every n being beaten once already. Does anyone no the record for most doubles in a PL season?

Don’t know! But I have at least 20 empty Whiskey bottles since the start of the season, and only just past halfway. That quite a lot of doubles already!
