Breaking records/stats thread

Southampton gave us arguably our hardest game so far. Bet they won't be as resilient at the weekend.

And Stoke were really good against United but rolled over for us.

And Leicester rested all their players in the league cup so they had them fresh to play United.

And Brighton gave United a ridiculously tight game, while pretty easily accepting defeat once we scored our first in August.

The idea that teams somehow roll over for United is just paranoid bullshit, it's completely embarrassing that it's a viewpoint that actually seems to pop up on here semi-regularly.

Wow. Calm down. It's only an opinion.

Okay. I'll keep an eye out for anyone else that suggests the same thing that I did. And I'll expect the poster who had a pop at me to do the same to them. That's not unreasonable.

Pretty unreasonable to expect me to see every single comment on the forum that might echo your opinion, but your right I'll probably point it out if I actually see others saying it seriously.

Good. That's all I ask. that you treat others guilty of the same "offence" as you did me. Nothing more, nothing less.

I accept that I come from an era when back to back victories was something to celebrate, but the achievements of this current side and coaching staff are completely and utterly incredible. 46 consecutive season tickets, and more let downs than a lilo with a whole in it, I just can’t believe what my club is doing, on and off the pitch. Thank you City, thank you Pep

Pulled it from Sky sports however reading it back maybe that draw ended the run.
We had 12 straight in the league before that so some dickhead on sky sports has probably forgotten to upgrade his notes.
