There are not many PL records that we can realistically break as we set the bar so high in 2017/18.

However, one record we could break fairly early on in the season is consecutive wins. We currently hold the record at 18 and we finished last season with 14 wins in a row.

Our first five fixtures are: West Ham, Spurs, Bournemouth, Brighton and Norwich which I would say are all very winnable with Spurs being the trickiest.

Obviously the target is to just win the first game but thought another potential record was worth a mention.

I’m pretty sure no team has ever scored 4 or more goals in 5 consecutive games against a top flight team away from home before last weekend.
Does anyone know different?
