This is the kind of game we have been more likely to lose over the past 10 years, than when playing teams at the top or in good form.

Presumably because we've taken the opportunity to rest a few players, or taken the win a little for granted ... but the good news here Is that after last season's experiences v Brentford, Pep & the players are unlikely to make that mistake.

Ederson
Walker
Stones
Dias
Ake
Rodri
Kev
Bernardo
Foden
Haaland
Grealish

It is possible Pep will play with 2 number 8's like in the centurion season however I think for as good as Foden is he can't control or control the tempo of the game like David Silva yet so Bernardo will be in the middle

I think that team though maybe with Alvarez in and Haaland on the bench

Toney scoring from first Brentford on target shot, wonder if he bets on it hehe

There were mitigating factors to the two games last year. Namely the game before the world cup and the game before the fa cup final where we had already won the league and had nothing to play for. The times we've played them before that resulted in 3 points to us, I'm expecting the same tonight
