Midfield is probably in the worst shape I've seen it in over 15 years

Relying on Kovacic, Gundogan, Bernardo, Lewis in there is borderline neglect

Pray to God we bring someone in during January as you can just walk through that midfield at the moment

Gutting. It's not even terrible to draw away at Brentford, they're a decent side with a good manager, but to throw away a win like that again is just sickening. Really poor management for the last half hour. Bad decisions on the pitch as well but Pep should have done better with his changes for me.

He played well but at 2 up Kev comes off & you sure up midfield.

Pep has been shocking this season with mental decisions & hrs not helping the players

In seasons past we would have seen out the game comfortably by keeping the ball and passing the opposition to death. Now we panic, can’t hold the ball and the opposition go through our midfield like the Wehrmacht went through France.

He shouldn't have even been playing at that point. It was an end-to-end game. Even more absurd was Pep keeping KDB and Haaland on.

I thought we played the best we've played for weeks could of scored 5-6 Brentford could of scored more too, gutted we couldn't hold out for a big win.

Much better than we have been, and some good individual performances too.
IMO, Kev and Erl should have come off as they had nothing left to offer defensively, but I enjoyed the game and we are showing better signs.
