Pep just can't start a game without Gundogan!
I would rather to see Bernardo as an 8, and Grealish or Alavarez on the front

He has more than earned it. Always an excellent option against parked buses with his technical ability to break open midfield and (as Pep says) timing his runs into the box at the perfect time
