Yep not playing Phil out wide. Not playing Julian in midfield. Playing Stones in as a supplementary midfielder instead of Akanji who has pace but not able to play to the same ability as Stones when he drops into mid.
 
We need to bounce back straight away.

It's been a rubbish weekend for us but if we win this we're only one point behind Liverpool on the same number of games played and everyone will be feeling a lot more optimistic.

Stones and Bernardo back in the starting eleven hopefully.
 
Absolute must win as already stated. Very average performance and result tonight which applies pressure on Tuesday. Brentford are no mugs so we need to step up.
 
Fantastic opportunity to quickly shit-can today's result. We'll start the game with a clean sheet but doubt we'll end it with one so I hope our Norwegian machine bring his shooting boots.
 
Don't care who plays just want a cleansheet in the Premier league please. If we can achieve it the rest will sort itself out. CTID

Oh and John Stones had better be in the side because we are better with his reassuring presence. That’s not just my (allegedly biased) opinion. A couple of people I’ve spoken to feel the same. :-)

I’d start like that. Bobb isn’t really suited to playing on the left, but needs must. If things aren’t clicking, can move him to the right and Foden to the left.
