Aké for me. Showed his class at lb. Barely put a foot wrong all game. Foden and de Bruyne were also very good. Everyone else below par tbh.

Ake very accomplished tonight both defending and being in the right position, available and able to link up play.
Foden's goal and all round ability to keep the ball and make things out of tight spaces simply incredible.
A tough battle between them both.

Cancelo made a couple of slight boobs, but also kept us moving and threatening.

Of the players who haven't been involved lately only Phil and Ake played well. The others were poor and won't be featuring on Saturday but sometimes it's not about they can give you going forward but what they do defending so Ake is my motm.
