I was bought a Brewdog advert calendar and I'm working my way through the different beers
I really appreciate the gift but I'm hugely underwhelmed with the product
I've just opened a Hazy Jane Guava 5% IPA and it has no depth whatsoever

Me too. I almost bought that Guava one today from Tesco as it’s £2. Got the Northern Monk Northern Star biscuit Porter instead

As the Swiss fellah said, a great con to get you to believe expensive means it is good.

Went through an IPA phase, and personally for me these were at the bottom end of the scale. For balance, their small size makes them easy to smuggle into football stadiums in an umbrella as I found out on multiple occasions watching Galway United.

An elderly friend of ours bought us a case of their beers after we delivered their food in Lockdown and the 7.2% Hazy Jane was wonderful, but I find many of their beers far too fizzy. Good chips at their bars, and my 20 year old had a great time on the beer taps at that new hotel of theirs on Fountain St (lucky sod).
