I hate to say it, but I bought his paperback "History of the World Cup" when I was preparing that specialist subject for appearing on "Mastermind".
I thought then that he seemed knowledgeable and a footy expert. Had I known, I'd have got my research info elsewhere, and not put money in his rancid pocket.
