Yeah mate i know most of my family went to St Pats or St Malachys in Collyhurst, used to walk with the Italians myself when i was a kid, great days when parts of Ancoats was called little Italy, after walking we’d go in Granelllis ice cream palour on Oldham rd, great days. I live in Moston now and Kiddo lives in Alkrington, still see him and Tommy Booth in around Middleton now and again.

Pats born in 42, played for Manchster catholic boys and was scouted by Stan Cullis famous Wolves manager but they thought he was to small,he was a scrawny little Collyhurst ragamuffin!
