Bridge

What would you rather, I came on here and aired my frustrations or started getting on his back at the match?

Oh, and incidentally, I'm in block 123 every game and not on my PC. ....oh and 123 gives you an exceptional view of Bridge in one half of the game so his great tackles (or distinct lack of them) and all round contribution is made even more glaringly obvious

Wayne Bridge was awful yesterday, but, and it's quite a big but, he's been our most consistant player this season, and most improved.

Some people have short memories. Lots of us agreed he was amongst our better players last month.

I wonder whether he should have been playing at all. Didn't look at all fit.

People on here don't think about things like that.......how dare you!!
For the record though your right, he wasn't fit and hadn't trained for over a week but don't tell anyone.
We don't want people thinking there might of been a reason behind his poor performance do we?

Usually De Jong covers when he go s forward ,De Jong much more aware so i guess Bridge forgot he was playing ,but as captain Toure should be telling him to calm it ,maybe we just need a tactically aware captain who can talk multiple languages ,any ideas ................

So he charged forward like shergar because he wasnt fully fit ,i just think he had an E before the game.

Your right.......4-4-2 formation doesn't allow him to charge forward, as cover isn't on if we lose the ball like what happened with there second with Barry in the middle.
At the start of the season it was working with both full backs able to push on with cover slotting in, we need to revert back and fast!!
If it was working why change?

I will get it for you lol......

Bridge was crap yesterday but to be fair he has been one of our most consistent players this season and most of our players were terrible yesterday.

i dont think hes allways that bad, as for the tell him he isnt a winger, i think hughes is trying to get us playing more like the scum, how many times av you seen neville evrs heinz etc etc play up the wing with good results ? we need to play that way in attack. bridge stood at the back waiting to defend is a waste of a decent forward thinkin player. granted though he was shit on saturday
