im getting a bit tired of hearing about liverpool in this thread. they are as relevant to our team on sunday as Huddersfiled are.

City need to win, just like they do every single game they play.

remember peeps, we are playing brighton, NOT liverpool.

so on that note, i think a team of

ederson
walker
stones
eric
zinchy
gundog
silva
silva
sterling
aguero
sane

should rip them a new arsehole. pressure and time, thats all it takes .. pressure and time!!

3-0 City.

Should have said Barcelona not Liverpool. Brighton's defence could be as bad as Barcelona, but don't bank on it.

Brighton are more like Newcastle than Leicester, no pace up front. If BHA play the Old Guard it it'll be a straight four bus at the back: Bruno, Duffy, Dunk, Bong.

Talk is cheap. Let's see if they can really raise themselves for the game or if when it comes into it they can be bothered to really put 100% effort in
It's all talk mate. The season they have just played and the survival in the premier league was for the fans. As soon as that team see a blue tsunami rolling up to them, you really think they are going to pull their tripe out and risk being injured all summer? Not an effing chance.
Win or lose the bha fans will be super happy. Even the home fans will enjoy seeing the league trophy hoisted in their stadium!!!
Like the bha fan said "the whole world is watching"

Gundog was good overall on Monday but he was soft as shite in two tackles when Leicester were countering, he is needing strongly told that such an occurrence on Sunday is unacceptable.

I think Foden was slightly overawed by the occasion and the energy of Bernardo and Jesus is a good shout. Jesus looks like he is choking to get going....

I too have guarded reservations about Gundo's play but with KDB and dinho out he's the best of the rest.
agree totally that last bit, especially about foden and jesus.
i've been taking for granted for a year and a half that Bernardo will be be top shelf.
is there an argument that B. Silva shouldn't be on the PL team of the year?

Is it definite that Dino and KDB are out ?

when you see mo salah fall down anywhere inside the box and the referee gives a pen and then you see sterling getting mashed and nothing ?? you bet am shitting myself

look its in our own hands and not only manchester city players and manaer can control our game but the referee and officials also will have a big part in it ?? and with what as been said by the head of the premier league and the way liverpool getting results you have to feel a twist is on the cards, if we are not 100% on fire and kill the game and take a big percentage of our chances then the referee has the chance to be a star ??

its a hard game and away from home and all that ?? brighton will be safe and under no pressure what so ever and a free ride so makes it 100% harder with them nothing to lose, pressure is on and manchester city must respect brighton

Pretty much how I’ve been looking at it. I really can’t shake the feeling, that we’re actually going to be the ones on the other side of the Aguero moment. That’s just the old City pessimist in me, and of course I hope I’m fuckin wrong.

And the nerves begin again.

Fuck me, my heart will be glad to see the back of this season.
