No team on the planet could loose that amount of quality and function to City's standards of the last decade. There is no such thing as ready made replacements. Every player has different quality's and these quality's will either flourish or stay static, that's the case for these very young players recently arrived.
We have one thing in our favour and that is, not playing every 3 days and hopefully have our strongest uninjured line up for the run in. !!!!

Agree totally. Can’t believe the vitriolic posts during an injury hit season & after a fabulous 7 years. All teams need a rebuild - we do & we will

Yeah & these are the “loyal” “long term” City fans who hate those f****** tourists - you know, the ones that look happy to belong to our club & don’t insult the players; manager & club because we’re having a bit of a transition season.

You're right I do see something different to you, just see our players not running into space and Doku breaking his back getting balls into the box.

I think he needs a sustained run in the team though to build up some kind of form, which obviously means he’d need to stay fit… he won’t get it though. He’ll go in the summer.

I think you're right. What a waste - with such little invention shown these past few months, it's amazing that we can afford to ignore a player who obviously has a killer pass in him, winds the opposition up just by being on the pitch and has good ball retention.
I hope it isn't just a personality issue - professionals should be able to rise above such things.

Criticism of Savinho is consistent. Bobb provides an alternative. The season has been beset by injury - I highlight only those missing today.

There have been mistakes made, but it is clear that we know that and are in the process of rectifying it. Some things are also not entirely predictable, and the psychological impact of the achievement of so many goals, and the relentlessness required, has taken a sudden toll on some players. There have also been personal issues within the squad and management.

What are you on about? In football you're only as good as your next game, don't perform and feel the pain,pay top dollar and I'm happy to moan like fuck when it's shit,and it is shit,yesterday is yesterday, big clubs don't live on yesterday or you turn into utd.

How savi & doku can get away so much without defending is beyond me & expecting Gundy to go box to box is mental

Just watching motd & it’s embarrassing. We look clueless all over the pitch

Some of us also have very long-term memories and remember what happened to the side after the glory days of Joe Mercer and Malcolm..

I just thought he was hobbling then walking fine, if that wasn't the case then fair enough.
