Does the number of years matter? Everyone has to start somewhere.

I was a Chelsea fan because I have Russian parents and there was a Russian connection with Abramovic, so I gravitated towards them but I started getting tired of Chelsea around 2021, despite the Champions Leaue win. I've always liked Grealish, then when he signed for City I decided to switch.

I was a little hasty yesterday. I will keep supporting city. I'm city through and through.

Would you believe I forgot to mention this point in an earlier post and I came on to rectify that omission. This was a very poor call by Pep. If he was bringing on Bernardo why put him out wide? More importantly why did we not try to plug the defence? A point would not have been a bad return, I don't think we would have conceded more than one if we went more defensive. Finally what the fuck was the point of bringing on Kev when it was obvious he is well off the pace?

Mahrez was playing for Le Harve 2nd 11 at the age of 20. At that time Le Harve were a 2nd Division, French team. There is absolutely no comparison between rhe pair of them at the same time in their careers.

He does not need to buck up, hes a 20 year old kid who has shown more than enough to suggest hes going to be a great player. What he needs is support and encouragement so that he reaches his potential.

I was hoping that Pep would come up with something creative that would mask over the basic problem and the start of the season suggested we might get away with it. However the recent crop of injuries have sent us over the edge and whilst Pep is a top coach, he's not a miracle worker.

So we're just going to have to suck it up for now and hope Pep can get us to January relatively unscathed. Then fingers crossed for a Zubimendi or some other quality addition. Failing that, if we win nothing this season, c'est la vie.
